A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate (Public Finance) Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, governmental entities, issuers, underwriters, lenders, investors, and corporate clients in sophisticated real estate and public finance transactions.
Ideal Background
• 3–6 years of real estate, public finance, municipal finance, or corporate transactional experience
• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, or financing transactions preferred
• Experience with public finance, municipal finance, tax-exempt financings, bond transactions, or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, financing documents, bond-related documents, leases, and related transaction agreements
• Experience representing developers, issuers, underwriters, lenders, or governmental entities preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
