Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Office Services:
- Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Move boxes and files; move office equipment such as computers and office furniture.
- Assist with mass mailings.
- Assist with copying, binding services as necessary and maintain copies, as needed.
- Stocking copiers and printers with paper.
- Monitoring supplies in copy/print stations.
- Assist with monitoring office supplies.
- Guest Services:
- Assist in coordination of various meetings and events, including set-up and breakdown of event.
- Assist in monitoring catering supplies.
- Replenish kitchen stock, as directed.
- Special projects and duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive and helpful attitude.
- 1 year of experience, preferred.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
