Holland & Knight is seeking a Staff Attorney in Nashville, TN to support its nationwide business immigration practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of employment-based immigration experience and will assist with the preparation and filing of a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for corporate clients across industries.
Candidates should have experience with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, dependent applications, J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings.
Candidates should have strong writing skills, exhibit close attention to detail, and be hardworking. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered.
