Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse | Full time | 1st shift
Shift: 6:30am - 7pm; 72 hours per pay period
Schedule: Wk 1: Mon, Wed, Sat | Wk 2: Sun, Wed, Thu
Location: 2500 Breton Woods Drive SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care of assigned residents according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
- Document resident information and nursing actions performed and resident response to care timely and appropriately
- Manageable workloads, excellent staffing ratios
- 2 weeks of orientation for new hires – if you need more, just let us know!
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
- Must be CPR certified
- Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
- Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
