Position Summary
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities. You’ll help ensure our residents receive the highest quality care in a respectful and dignified manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- 6 months to 1 year of direct care experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
- Successful completion of a physical exam, drug screening, and annual flu shot
- Clear background check
- Availability to work every other weekend and participate in a holiday rotation
