Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, transferring, feeding
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Monitoring and responding to residents’ needs with attentiveness and empathy
- 6 months of memory care experience required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Must pass a physical exam, drug screening, and receive an annual flu shot
- Clear background check required
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday rotation
