At Holland Farms Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Manager to lead our memory care team and support residents living with cognitive challenges. What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, coach, and support team members while creating a positive and compassionate environment.

• Oversee Resident Care: Help ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care that supports their individual needs and abilities.

• Support Memory Care: Use the Best FriendsTM Approach to Alzheimer’s care to create meaningful connections and positive experiences for residents.

• Partner with Families: Build strong relationships with residents, families, providers, and team members.

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Support Operations: Help manage departmental needs, budgets, outreach, and the overall success of the memory care neighborhood.

What You’ll Bring

• LPN License: Current Iowa LPN license is required.

• Experience: Two years of related experience is preferred, preferably working with seniors or individuals with memory loss.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team.

• Memory Care Focus: A genuine passion for supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

• Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, and healthcare providers.

• Organization & Judgment: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and provide additional support when needed.
