We are seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will support infection prevention standards and contribute to the comfort and well-being of residents through exceptional housekeeping services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Clean resident rooms, clinical areas, and assigned spaces while following healthcare infection prevention standards.
- Use healthcare-grade disinfectants and cleaning products properly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Complete discharge cleaning, deep cleaning, and routine housekeeping assignments.
- Maintain cleaning documentation, quality checks, and support survey readiness initiatives.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and team members while adhering to safety and emergency procedures.
- Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or a related field; healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Experience operating housekeeping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, green cleaning solutions, and housekeeping supplies.
- Ability to read and understand labels and cleaning instructions.
- Knowledge of infection prevention standards and a strong attention to detail preferred.
