Holistic Industries is seeking a Line Supervisor to lead daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.
This role provides hands-on leadership to production team members while supporting continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.
Your Impact:
- Lead daily production activities — oversee workflows, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance and product integrity — uphold all company policies, safety protocols, and state regulations (including METRC tracking and documentation).
- Manage inventory control — track cannabis and non-cannabis inputs, maintain accurate stock levels, verify inventories, and coordinate with procurement.
- Monitor and maintain equipment — record downtime and maintenance, identify and document equipment issues, and coordinate with maintenance or vendors for repairs.
- Support quality control — inspect products at all stages, record deviations, and collaborate with the QC team to resolve issues quickly.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement — identify process bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and help implement best practices to minimize downtime.
- Train and develop team members — provide on-the-job training, ensure adherence to SOPs, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Your Strengths:

- Proven ability to manage fast-paced production environments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards in regulated manufacturing.
