What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner position at Holistic Well?
Job Overview
We are a private practice, mostly telehealth. We come into the office at least once per week,. We serve LGBTQAI community and offer supportive therapy and medication management to patients 6 and up. We need Monday through Friday until 8 pm most days, weekends optional . 32-40 hours per week, choose your own days. (For example, you could take Mondays off, or work a short day on Fridays.)
What makes us different? Our appointments are as long as you need them to be. We see our patients as frequently as needed, our patient load is small and we focus on building rapport. Our patient outcomes are great because we can spend as much time as we want with our patients. This is not a high stress PMHNP job, churning out patients--and we’ve worked hard to make it that way. This is W-2 position. We have a knowledgeable clinic manager and medical assistants to help you with admin tasks. You don’t do your own PAs. Only see patients you feel are a good match for your skills. We have a good group of NPs who collaborate with care. Please note, if you are not specifically interested in our business and what we do, please do not bother applying. Please look at our website: holisticwell.org before applying
