-WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers and create an amazing shopping experience
- Approach and engage shoppers with confidence
- Help customers choose meaningful jewelry and holiday gifts
- Demonstrate products and confidently recommend items
- Use sales and upselling techniques to reach individual and team goals
- Process purchases using our POS system
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and looking great
- Help create and assemble our signature bracelets
- Bring positive energy to every shift
- EXPERIENCE & WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 years of experience in retail, mall, event, booth, or face-to-face sales preferred
- Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
- Proven ability to close sales and hit goals — commission experience is a plus
- Strong people skills — friendly, confident, energetic, and coachable
- Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced holiday environment
- Reliable availability for nights, weekends, and peak December days
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, retail, and sales
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
No formal degree required — hustle, attitude, reliability, and sales instinct matter most.
