This holiday season, The world famous bracelets Company "I Co" is opening limited-time Christmas pop-up locations in some of the best malls across the country — and we're looking for an incredible team of Inspiration Specialists to bring them to life.

This is not a traditional retail job.

You won't be managing employees, writing schedules or sitting in a back room doing paperwork.

Your job is simple: connect with people, inspire them, and sell.

You'll help customers discover meaningful bracelets and gifts for their friends, families and loved ones — while having the opportunity to earn significantly more through commissions, contests and bonuses.

YOU'LL HAVE MULTIPLE WAYS TO EARN

In addition to your hourly pay, Inspiration Specialists can earn:

• Sales commissions and performance bonuses
• Daily sales bonuses
• Weekly sales bonuses
• Season-long sales incentives
• Competitions against other I Co. holiday locations
• End-of-Season BONUS MATCH

Successfully complete the entire holiday season, meet program requirements, help us close down and return the location properly — and you can be eligible to have the qualifying sales bonuses you earned during the season MATCHED at the end of the season.

The better you perform, the bigger the opportunity.

As an Inspiration Specialist, you get to be part of those moments every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your focus is customer interaction and sales.

You'll:

• Welcome and engage customers who stop at our holiday pop-up
• Help customers find the perfect bracelet, message, stone or gift
• Share the meaning and inspiration behind our products
• Tell the story of I Co.
• Demonstrate products and make thoughtful recommendations
• Help customers build bracelet stacks and find gifts for everyone on their list
• Personalize and make bracelets when needed
• Ring customers up using our POS system
• Restock merchandise and keep the pop-up looking incredible
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in fun daily, weekly and season-long competitions
• Help create a positive, high-energy Christmas experience

Retail experience is great.

But the right personality, attitude and work ethic matter more.

YOUR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

This is a true holiday-season position running approximately:

November 1 through December 31

We are looking for team members who can commit to the entire holiday season.

Most locations will have:

• Morning shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Approximately 30–35 hours per week for many team members
• Additional opportunities depending on location and holiday traffic

Black Friday availability is required.

Because Christmas is our biggest season, reliable availability throughout November and December is extremely important.
