What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lift Operator position at Holiday Mountain?
Lift Operators play a key role in guest safety and experience at Holiday Mountain. You’ll help load and unload lifts, monitor operations, and make sure skiers and riders enjoy a smooth ride uphill.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor chairlifts and conveyor lifts.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe lift area.
Qualifications:
- Responsible, safety-focused, and attentive.
- Able to work outdoors in all winter conditions for long periods of time.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
