We are currently looking for a Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Manager in France. This position supports the commercial development, bidding, procurement, planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements.

Operations Management

üLead and oversee the execution of Project Cargo and Heavy Lift shipments

üManage daily project operations and resource allocation.

üCoordinate transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies and method statements.

üManage relationships with carriers, vendors, ports and subcontractors.

üProcuring prices from vendors for the RFQ’s and rate requests.

üEnsure compliance with safety, legal, customs and operational requirements.

üResolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

üSupervise and support operational Project Cargo personnel.

üDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Commercial Support & Business Development

üPrepare quotations and RFQ responses.

üDevelop cost-effective logistics solutions.

üParticipate in customer meetings.

üSupport Sales in developing Project Cargo opportunities.

üIdentify and develop new business opportunities.

üBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Financial Management

üControl project costs and profitability.

üEnsure timely invoicing and job closure.

üMonitor departmental financial performance.

üReview project margins and implement corrective actions where required.

üSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
