Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
- Handle janitorial tasks like trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene
- Assist with custodial responsibilities including light maintenance, minor repairs, and facilities upkeep to ensure operational efficiency
- Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing specialized equipment for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning tasks

Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling comfortably
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
- Previous experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is highly desirable
