Job Overview

Holiday Inn Osceola is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Hospitality Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas according to brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Remove trash and ensure all areas remain neat and presentable.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
