Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
• Handle guest requests, reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail and courtesy
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely using hotel management software
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
• Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
