Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and bookings using computerized systems.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Previouse experience in Hospitality/Hotel setting preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse clientele is essential.
- Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus.
