Beverage Manager
As a Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy beverage outlets. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a talented team, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!
As a Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy beverage outlets. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a talented team, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, and support staff, and Supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
- Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
