Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm in a timely manner.
• Be knowledgeable about menu, bar products, restaurant, and hotel happenings.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations according to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Use Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Assist with food handling, serving, and catering events including banquets.
• Manage multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, upsell menu items, and promote specials to increase sales.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, and order totals accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants.

Pay: $2.83 - $10.25 per hour
