Holiday Inn ABQ North is looking for part time desk agents. We have an am weekend position and a weekday pm position to fill. We are looking for friendly faces for our desk. Hotel experience is a plus, even better if you've worked with IHG before!
Primary responsibilities -
- Checking guests in and out efficiently
- Handling guest requests in a timely manner
- Posting any charges incurred to a guest's room
- Verifying proper credit on guest accounts
- Answering phone calls & questions
- Assisting guest with their reservation needs
- Customer service, recommendations, directions - assist the guest as needed
- Friendly, welcoming attitude
Communication skills are important as guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments. Your problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.
This is a large hotel will numerous options and opportunities for growth and branching into other departments like Food & Beverage.
Languages:
- English - (Required)
- Spanish - would be great, but not essential - extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
