Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate billing.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Process reservations through phone calls or online systems while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred, particularly at the front desk.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
