What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent position at Holiday Inn Riverton?
The Holiday Inn in Riverton is looking for a Part Time Night Auditor/Guest Services Representative. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for caring about our guests during the overnight hours; assisting with arrivals and departures, End of Day reports, paperwork for the new day and making strong emotional connections by providing excellent customer service at all times.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will check in guests, make reservations, and assist guests with any needs they have.
Responsibilities
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices and post checks to vendors
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Skills
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent math skills
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work overnight
