Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, clarity, and courtesy.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff and other departments to ensure seamless guest services and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and special requests while adhering to hotel policies.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and providing solutions to enhance their stay.
- Uphold safety protocols at the front desk, including verifying identification and managing access control during evening hours.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
