What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Manager position at Holiday Inn Research Park?
- Catering Manager gets 1% of all Food and Beverage Sales
- Quarterly Bonuses up to $250.00
- Assumes full responsibility for distribution of correct function information to clients, as well as to department managers in a timely manner.
- Sells and books banquet spaces and catered functions.
- Develops and maintains a good relationship with all clients.
- Schedules meetings with clients to prepare/discuss future function.
- Coordinates food, beverage, A/V, table decorations and other required items related to client's function.
- Conducts on site tours of event spaces when needed.
- Completes, types, distributes and files all function sheets.
- Attends functions as needed to assure customer satisfaction and book future business.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding banquet food sales and room rental budget.
- Handles all outside calls pertaining to booking business for banquet spaces/ catered events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
