What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Holiday Inn Orlando East - UCF Area?
The Holiday Inn Orlando East - UCF Area is looking for an experienced Maintenance Person. The hotel is in particular need of a candidate with experience in Painting, Drywall Repair, Carpentry and/or Sheetrock experience, as the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Other duties will consist of Preventative Maintenance in guest rooms, attending to maintenance calls and requests in guest rooms, upkeep of the grounds and overall property, etc. The individual should have a Team Player attitude and be willing to assist in all areas of the hotel, whenever and wherever necessary. This is a Full Time Hourly position. Weekend availability is necessary. Prior hotel experience is preferred.
