Holiday Inn Knoxville North is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and providing evening turndown service to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for our guests. Candidate must have open availability; weekends are required and dependable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Perform evening turndown service, including preparing rooms for overnight comfort.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and room status updates.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
