The Holiday Inn Knoxville North is seeking a Breakfast Server. Candidates must be available 2 weekdays (5 am-11 am) and some weekends (5:00am-11:00 am). Ensuring our guests receive genuine hospitality and superior service is a must. Serving Permit or bartending experience is a plus: excellent starting pay plus tips.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient service.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
