Duties
- Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise service
- Serve food and beverages confidently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and anticipating needs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Assist in bar operations by mixing drinks, managing inventory, and promoting specials to increase sales
- Support banquet, catering, nightclub, or retail events as needed to ensure seamless service experiences
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential, with fine dining or banquet experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Proven ability in sales techniques to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a hospitality environment that involves serving alcohol in a nightclub setting or catering events is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate order processing
