- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications to existing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Experience supervising teams or projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics is highly desirable.
- Ability to fabricate components as required for maintenance tasks.
