What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Holiday Inn brand standards
- Change linens, make beds, sanitize bathrooms, and replenish guest amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and inspect every room with attention to detail
- Keep your housekeeping cart organized, stocked, and ready to go
- Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Respond courteously to guest requests and work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams
- Follow all hotel safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
