What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Holiday Inn Express?
BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:
Performs a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to IHG Brand Standards. Visually inspects rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed.
Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service through discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries. Maintaining a positive work ethic will strengthen and better our Award Winning Team and Hotel!
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
Requires ability to follow verbal and written directions. You must be able to follow specific cleaning standards as set by our corporate team. Provide excellent customer service while executing the ability to work without direct supervision.
