Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing spaces efficiently.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens or clothing items with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve flooring integrity and appearance.
• Uphold sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, respecting privacy, and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling to ensure smooth operations in both residential and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients or guests.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; experience with housekeeper management is a plus.
• Prior experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
