- Conduct night audits by reviewing daily transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective communication throughout the hotel.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our international clientele.
- A background in hospitality management or hotel management is advantageous but not mandatory.
