Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues promptly.
- Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems.
- Operate hotel software to track maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with residential painting and other facility upgrades as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities or hotel maintenance.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Leadership or supervising experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CMMS software.
- Ability to read technical manuals and use testing tools like ohmmeters.
- Customer service orientation to assist guests or staff when required.
