Duties:
- Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and provide assistance as needed
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy
- Offer information on resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed records
- Assist in making reservations and assigning rooms based on guest preferences
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable
- Perform night audit tasks as required
Experience:
- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in using phone systems, computers, and office equipment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
- Exceptional customer service aptitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is beneficial
