Guest Service Agent

Overview 6-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Shift- our shifts are 6am-2pm , 2pm-10pm and night audit 10pm-6am must be available for all three shifts

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette
• Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering questions about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data confidentiality
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on courteous service delivery
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with resort settings or large-scale hospitality environments enhances your ability to excel in this role

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
