Shift- Sun&Mon 10p-6am Night audit and 2 other days of 6am-2pm or 2p-10p must be flexable for this position 2-4 days
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering questions about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data confidentiality
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on courteous service delivery
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with resort settings or large-scale hospitality environments enhances your ability to excel in this role
