Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations efficiently
- Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct
- Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, striving for swift resolution
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details for smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and resort operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
