Executive Maintenance

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Maintenance professional to lead and oversee comprehensive maintenance operations across our facilities. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks efficiently across all facility systems.
• Oversee the repair, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Manage facilities maintenance activities including residential painting, welding, and general repairs to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures aligned with manufacturing or operational requirements to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services such as electrical upgrades or welding projects while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment performance through programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems to identify potential issues proactively.
• Maintain detailed schematics, technical documents, and records to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and future repairs.
• Provide leadership in supervising maintenance staff by mentoring team members, fostering a safety-first environment, and promoting professional development.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and effectively while maintaining open communication channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or industrial systems.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects.
• Proficiency with schematics, technical manuals, CMMS software, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Solid electrical experience including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting with an eye for quality craftsmanship.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance standards within manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation coupled with supervisory experience that demonstrates leadership qualities. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
