- Oversee the repair, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Manage facilities maintenance activities including residential painting, welding, and general repairs to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures aligned with manufacturing or operational requirements to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services such as electrical upgrades or welding projects while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance through programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems to identify potential issues proactively.
- Maintain detailed schematics, technical documents, and records to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and future repairs.

Qualifications
