- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote special offers, and build lasting relationships with clients
- Assist clients with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and customer information using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, answer questions clearly, and guide customers through purchasing processes
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to support analysis and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language; multilingual skills are highly valued
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles; call center experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and active listening capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy for data entry and communication tasks
- Ability to handle outbound calls effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Good analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience with cash handling and typing accuracy for transaction processing and record keeping
