Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Greet guests warmly, taking their orders and delivering excellent customer service throughout their meal.
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish food and beverages regularly, and maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Assist with food handling and safety procedures to comply with health regulations and ensure guest safety.
• Support catering or banquet events by setting up tables, serving food, and attending to guest needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy mornings.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and performing routine cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your fit for this position.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Background in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus; experience as a dietary aide or in the food industry is valuable.
• Barista experience or restaurant experience can be beneficial for managing beverage stations and guest interactions.
• Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively attitude.
