The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. *Responsibilities* - Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information - Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material - Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested - Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events *Requirements* - Experience in sales or customer service roles - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of B2B sales processes - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
