Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight Guest Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, be able to manage front desk operations, and have a passion for guest relations.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and efficient check-in experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of guest accounts.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and assist guests with any needs during their stay.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems is beneficial.
