Night Auditor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to perform physical activities: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and sitting possibly for long periods
· Ability to multi-task
· Overnight hours required which may include weekends and holidays
· Must be able to push, pull or lift, up to 30 pounds
· Must possess basic computer skills
· Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
POSITION OBJECTIVES:

· Provide exceptional service experience
· Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
· Process guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently
· Effectively & accurately handle cash
· Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently
· Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide beverages and snacks
· Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred Experience:
· Prior hotel front desk experience
· Marriott, Hilton, Choice, IHG, or Wyndham experience
