The award winning Holiday Inn Express & Suites is currently seeking an energetic, organized individual with a passion for hospitality to perform part-time janitorial. Shifts start at 8:00 a.m. on weekdays and weekends. Experience is preferred but will train. Competitive compensation starting at $16/hr. A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekdays and every other weekend is required.
Responsibilities for Janitorial:
*Perform a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
* Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery on a daily basis such as floor cleaner and brooms.
* Removes trash from offices and other work areas
* Clean work areas of assigned areas (includes exterior, parking lots, swimming pool area, hallways and public space.)
What we need from you
· It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day.
· Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds and or push/pulling heavy objects
· You may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
· Flexible attitude to shifts – you may be required to work weekends, and/or holidays
