Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Houseperson, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our hotel environment. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Assist with the upkeep of guest rooms by replenishing supplies, removing trash, and supporting housekeeping staff as needed
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property
• Support janitorial tasks by cleaning windows, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas including storage closets, service corridors, and staff break rooms
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects when required, utilizing appropriate equipment and safety procedures
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment
• Experience with industrial cleaning or large-scale custodial projects is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is advantageous

Pay: $14.00 - $14.25 per hour
