Job Responsibilities:
A Room Attendant:
- Project a willing, urgent, "can do" attitude
- Enhance Quality Assurance Standards
- Promote safety awareness and practice safe work
- Support and comply with hotel policies and procedures
- Be a cooperative, enthusiastic and productive "teammate"
- Achieve productivity goals
- Enhance the "guest experience" by making a positive contribution
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
- Participate in department meetings
- Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
- End of shift, clean, organize and restock housekeeper cart
- Participate in taking monthly linen inventory
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
- Multi-task and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
- Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guest issues and resolving them
- Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
- Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Cross trained in laundry operations'
