Hotel Night Auditor
Location: Hermosa Beach CA
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at an IHG hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit and reconcile daily transactions
- Check guests in/out and handle front desk duties
- Balance cash, credit card, and ledger accounts
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Ensure guest satisfaction during overnight hours
Requirements:
- Previous hotel night auditor or front desk experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and customer service skills
