Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering exceptional breakfast service. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting a variety of breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of breakfast foods, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Set up breakfast stations with fresh ingredients, beverages, and necessary supplies before service begins
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food preparation areas, adhering strictly to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with health regulations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations
• Greet guests warmly in person, providing attentive service to enhance their dining experience
• Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy trays or supplies to prevent injury
• Ensure compliance with all food safety management practices and sanitation standards throughout the shift

Skills

• Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment confidently and safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
