We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to create a warm and inviting morning experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will set the tone for a memorable start to our guests’ day!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast foods, including hot and cold items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish supplies, and keep serving areas clean and organized
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas regularly
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- This position is a 6AM to 12pm position and weekends are required.
Skills
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or catering support is beneficial
- Basic cooking skills including knife handling, meal preparation, and coffee brewing techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and maintaining a hygienic environment
